The Psycho Flap Tail is a hand made cedar topwater lure. Fish a Flap Tail very slow to medium speed for explosive strikes. We have placed two pins and a stainless steel blade on the back of the lure. The stainless steel blade makes contact with the two pins during the retrieve making a distinctive loud pinking sound game fish find irresistible. It utilizes spreader wires for the back hooks, this greatly increases hookup percentage to close to 100% as you can get.
